Coronavirus Update

Following further government updates and guidance from the College of Podiatry, we have reopened our clinic with immediate effect and will be offering the following patients appointments in clinic at our Congresbury location.

• Emergency Treatment for Patients

• Treatment for At Risk Patients

• Treatment for Key Workers

• Treatment for Patients in Pain

When attending an appointment, please follow our advice below:

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

We have a new beautiful refurbished clinic room but some of our rooms are still currently going through a refurbishment, we are keeping it as dust free and as clean as possible but please be patient with us. We have been advised to space our appointments out to ensure social distancing and to allow us to undertake vigorous anti-virus cleaning regimes before and after each patient.

We have also introduced a system where rebooking and payment is taken on arrival which allows you to leave the clinic room straight after your treatment and not return to the waiting room

We are providing hand gel and masks for all patients and there is hand washing available within the WC at the entrance as you come into the practice.

Contactless payments have been increased to £45 which will minimise contact further.

We ask that if you or anyone in your family have come into contact with COVID-19 in the last 14 days you stay at home to protect the safety of others.
